We want you to know that we treat every Wedding and Reception as though it was our very own, and feel it is a privilege to be participating in one of the biggest days of your life.As you plan your special day, our reception planning sheets will give you step by step instructions and details to plan and provide us with all of the information necessary to make your event a complete success. This form can be downloaded from our Forms page or contact us by email and we will be more than happy to fax or mail you a packet. Upon completion of this information, we will need to have a list of all your requested music in hand no later than four weeks prior to your event. This will enable us to properly review your information and ensure that all the information provided is clear and music selection is on hand. Please take time to carefully review and fill out the information provided in these forms. To maintain our 100% client satisfaction reputation, we will personally handle each event with pride, a professional attitude, and appearance. When you choose Celebrations Entertainment for your event, know that you have made the very best decision possible, and that you will have the finest first-class mobile Dj service in the state for your reception, making it a total success.
